Being new to a heavily competitive market, lead nurturing was key - presenting Trident as authoritative, industry leaders (through thought leadership) but with a human tone to gain cut-through.

How we helped

Leveraging Wolfenden’s content, we managed Trident’s email strategy, campaign creation, and execution. We reviewed transactional emails for branding and improving the customer journey and we created two monthly emails for prospects and customers - including thought leadership and sales messages to appeal to all stages of the buying cycle.
