Engine B needed to quickly create a large volume of new technical documentation for their product (how-to guides) to support onboarding new clients.

The challenge

 

Technical documentation is incredibly complex and they needed someone with deep SaaS understanding to create guides that explain the processes in the most simple way.

How we helped

With a strong understanding of the SaaS market, we were able to interview Engine B’s software engineers to document highly technical processes to set up new users, set up data storage containers, deploy apps and more. The documents covered; the purpose, version control and included simple steps with minimal words and screenshots, using arrows and boxes to make it as easy as possible to follow.
